Tsuki is able to control the direction in which the blade goes when it's thrown after it's thrown at someone. By seemingly telepathic communication with the blade, it makes sharp turns to follow whatever direction is implied. Tsuki's still free to move around while the blade is in action.
Bankai: Han Getsuei Kuwashii
The curved blade transforms into a full ringed blade, disposing of the use for a handle. Tsuki now wear armor over her arms so that she doesn't get injured terribly using the blade. She also wears a mask as to conceal her true self to the enemy and to make her look more threatening. The blade is able to spin similar to a boomerang and return to her in a quick motion. Tsuki also gains more agility while using her bankai.
