Sitting in a small cafe, Veigue watched people walk by quietly, a cup of coffee in his hand. Since he was assign to watch over the area, it was all he ever did. Hollows barely showed up, and when they did, it was never difficult to deal with them. So no here was Veigue, silently watch as people walked by.
